Simple rules for using QuoteKit responsibly.
These preview terms apply when a provider creates an account and publishes a QuoteKit enquiry page.
Your business and quotes
You are responsible for the accuracy of your business details, menu, prices, availability, taxes, deposits and final quotes. Customer estimates are not confirmed bookings, and QuoteKit does not collect or hold customer payments.
Customer information
You may use customer information only to respond to the enquiry, prepare a quote and manage the resulting booking. You must respect privacy requests, keep access credentials private, avoid exporting information unnecessarily and delete records you no longer need.
Acceptable use
Do not use QuoteKit for fraud, spam, unlawful services, harassment, malware, unauthorised data collection or content that infringes another person’s rights. Access may be restricted to protect customers or the service.
Preview availability
QuoteKit is currently provided as a free preview. We will take reasonable care, but the service may change or experience interruptions. Keep copies of information your business must retain. Features, limits or pricing will not be changed retroactively without notice.
Ending your account
You can export your account information and permanently delete the account from the dashboard Privacy Centre. Deleting an account removes its business page, menu, enquiries and privacy requests from the active database.
